Everyone deserved a seat at the table. Gallery 881 offers free and accessible programming to the public. These include artist talks, community events, and portfolio reviews for artists. Many events require seating. For example, for our inaugural SlideNight, we welcomed 100 guests which required 100 chairs. Tickets to the event were only a modest $10. With three more SlideNights planned within a year, we are required to rent chairs on three additional occasions. Of course, we offer much more to to the community than SlideNight.
We kindly invite you to become a chair donor to help us maintain accessible art programming . The gallery has currently invested in 20 chairs. We are aiming for 100. Please consider donating a chair today. With your purchase, you provide a space(s) for one or more of places at the table for members of your community.
